Team Tanner

Tanner is a 6 year old who was recently diagnosed with PDD.  With the help of my understanding, wonderful family and great friends we are making it through the process and learning everyday.  Tanner was put on new medications that seem to be helping and getting things under control.

Tanner is an amazing little boy, He loves to make people laugh and he can brighten anyone's mood, he is smart and when he wants he will tell you what happened today in full detail, He is a great baseball and Soccer player and loves to cheer on his team. Tanner enjoys spending time outside with his grandparents, weather it is riding his four wheeler, visiting with the animals or taking a hot tub at his Nana and Pa's house or taking walks, playing at the park or playing baseball with his Grandma.

Although Tanner has Autism there has never been anyone who has brought me more joy, more happiness, more memories, more patience, more understanding or more love, I will be forever grateful for my gifted child.

This is our first year doing the walk as a team and we are very excited to be involved and to be meeting more people just like us. 

Tanner is going into first grade at Duluth Edison Charter School, Tanner loves school and loves to meet new friends, I can not wait to watch Tanner grow and learn this year.  Tanner has a great group of people on his team at school that offer him whatever it is that will help make his day and year a successful one.
